Cynthia Ward has sold stories to Analog, Asimov’s, Black Cat Mystery, Nightmare, Weird Tales, and other magazines and anthologies. She edited Lost Trails: Forgotten Tales of the Weird West Volumes 1-2 (WolfSinger Publications). With Nisi Shawl, she coau¬thored the fiction-writing handbook Writing the Other: A Practical Approach (Aqueduct Press). Aqueduct published The Adventure of the Incognita Countess, The Adventure of the Dux Bellorum, and The Adventure of the Naked Guide. the previous novellas in the Bloody-Thirsty Agent series. , the fourth and final in the series, The Adventure of the Golden Woman, is forthcoming.
